When to order
Give yourself about 3 weeks before the reunion: a proof within 1 business day, printing in 7–10 business days after you approve, plus shipping. Ordering 4–6 weeks out leaves room for late sign-ups.
Collecting money from family
Most organizers set a per-shirt price a little above cost to cover the odd extra size, then collect by Venmo or at the door. Divide the all-in total in the table by the number of shirts; that is your true cost per person, shipping included.

Can adults and kids be in the same order?
