How much do custom t-shirts cost?Between about $8.55 and $16.45 per shirt all-in, depending on quantity and garment. The price includes the shirts, the printing, setup and shipping. Example: 24 custom Gildan Ultra Cotton tees are $16.42 each; 144 are $10.17 each.
What is the minimum order for custom shirts?12 pieces for full-color digital printing and 24 pieces for screen printing. Digital runs up to 72 pieces and screen printing up to 500 in the online store; bigger runs get a hand-built quote.
Can I order an exact quantity, like 55 shirts?Yes. Order any exact quantity between the minimum and maximum. Price breaks are real: at 49, 73, 145 and 288 pieces the per-shirt price steps down.
Do I see a proof before you print?Always. Every order gets a free digital proof of your art on the exact garment and color you chose, usually within 1 business day. Nothing prints until you approve it.
How long does a custom shirt order take?Proof within 1 business day, printing 7-10 business days after approval, plus shipping. Rush jobs are quoted by hand.
